1 Acceptance of Terms

Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names or contact details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gn777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

gn777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the gn777 platform are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). gn777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards where enabled.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the gn777 platform. gn777 does not impose withdrawal fees; however, your payment service provider — including GCash and PayMaya — may apply their own transaction charges, for which gn777 accepts no liability.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your gn777 account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. gn777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request exceeding threshold amounts determined at gn777's sole discretion.

gn777 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is the subject of a dispute, chargeback, or fraud investigation. Any costs incurred by gn777 in connection with a chargeback initiated by a player may be recovered from that player's account balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

gn777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6 Game Rules and Fairness

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the gn777 platform without the prior written consent of gn777. Unauthorized use of gn777 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gn777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or the cost of substitute services — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the gn777 platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

gn777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gn777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
